Applying for Associate Membership via Email
PLEASE NOTE: Make sure you are eligible for an associate membership before applying.
Please follow these simple steps:
Step 1 - Register on the website as a guest
Click on the Register button at the top of the Student Central website page. Scroll down and click on the "Register Your Account - Guest" link. Fill in the form and register as a guest. You will receive an email to validate your email address.
Step 2 - Making a Payment
Once you have validated your account, click here and make the payment.(You must purchase an Associate Membership to be able to join Club and Societies)
Step 3 - Provide Evidence of Eligibility
You will need to email us a scan of the following document to webmaster.studentcentral@london.ac.uk :
Student: a photocopy of your college registration or a photocopy of your student ID.
OR
Graduate: A photocopy of your graduate certificate or alumni card.
OR
Staff: Photocopy of your college ID staff card.
And
Your Photo: We're not as strict as the passport office with these, so please email a nice passport-sized photo that you don't mind people seeing on your card, but looks like you of course! And yes - you can smile!
Step 4 - We Process Your Application
Once we receive your details and the payment, subject to your eligibility, we will email you when your card is ready to collect from the Student Central reception.
